RouteAI Terms of Service

1. Use of AI Service & License

RouteAI grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on Apple iOS devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit our proprietary travel synthesis APIs for competing commercial scrapers or automated bots.

2. RouteAI Nomad Pro Subscriptions

RouteAI offers both free usage and premium subscriptions (RouteAI Nomad Pro):

• Billing & Processing: All subscription payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit) using your Apple ID.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions > RouteAI.

3. Travel Itineraries & Third-Party Accuracy

RouteAI utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models trained on global geographic databases. However, opening hours, admission fees, flight timetables, and visa requirements can change without prior notice due to local governmental policies or weather events.

Travelers are encouraged to independently verify critical operational details before traveling. RouteAI is not liable for missed connections, strikes, or travel disruptions outside our direct control.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, 3D globe visualization interfaces, trademarks, and codebases associated with RouteAI and byrouteai.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of RouteAI.

5. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

The application is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA found at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
